My name is Georgia Spratt-Mallick and I am super excited to embark on this new journey with Rise Realty Group! Born and raised in Haldimand County (Caledonia), I have always been deeply connected to my roots and community.

Georgia Spratt-Mallick Now living in Norfolk County (Simcoe), where my boyfriend Brad and I bought our first house together, I pride myself on putting in the work to facilitate the best outcomes for my clients.

My professional journey began as an assistant in property management, where I honed my skills and developed a keen eye for detail. Coming from a long line of family entrepreneurs, my grandparents owned a grocery store, deli, and bakery, and my mother successfully ran a hair salon for over 25 years. Inspired by my grandmother, who was a real estate agent in the 90s and early 2000s, I have always had a passion for the real estate industry.

Communication is key in my approach, and I believe that understanding and meeting the needs of my clients is paramount. Family is everything to me; growing up with two sisters, I cherish girlhood and the bonds we formed. This is one of the many reasons why The Rise Realty Group resonated with me.

I live with my boyfriend, Brad, and our American Bully, Goose, who is the light of our lives. Brad and I share a love for the housing market—he works on new builds as a licensed carpenter, while I am passionate about interior design, renovations, sales, and more.

Described as goal-oriented, driven, and personable, I am enthusiastic about fitness, yoga, golf, and fashion. I am incredibly excited to start my journey with The Rise Realty Group and work alongside Ashley, Lisa, Alex, Mel, and Kyle. Together, we aim to make a positive impact in the real estate industry and provide exceptional service to our clients.
