I’m Georgia Spratt-Mallick, dedicated Realtor at Rise Realty Group! Born and raised in Haldimand County, I have always been deeply connected to my roots and community. Now living in Norfolk County, I pride myself in giving back to those around me and love to frequently volunteer and donate to local charities and organizations.
My professional journey began as an assistant in property management, where I honed my skills and developed a keen eye for detail. I come from a long line of family entrepreneurs including my grandparents who owned a grocery store, deli, bakery and small carpentry business, as well as my mother who ran a successful hair salon for over 25 years! Inspired by my grandmother, who was a real estate agent in the 90s and early 2000s, I have always had a passion for the real estate industry.
Communication is key in my approach, and I believe that understanding and meeting the needs of my clients is paramount! Family is everything to me; Growing up with two sisters, I cherish girlhood and the bonds we formed. This is one of the many reasons why I call Rise Realty Group home.
I live with my boyfriend, Brad, and our American Bully, Goose! Brad and I share a love for the housing market – he runs a general contracting company focused on new construction, while I am passionate about interior design, renovations, sales, and more!
Described as goal-oriented, driven, and personable, I love fitness, golf, fashion, cooking, gardening and spending time with family and friends. My goal is to always put in the work to facilitate the best outcomes for my clients and their families. Working alongside the girls at Rise Realty Group is such a privilege that I’m incredibly thankful for.
